@JWRCA, Seems you are having trouble with customizing the homepage. All the content of the homepage is based on posts or pages. i.e we need to choose a page or post as a content type to show the content of the selected page/post for all the homepage sections

All our themes are based on classic themes and follow the same way for setting up the homepage and homepage sections
Currently, we have one theme that is based on Block Theme ( Full Site Editing Theme ) “Signify Block Pro”. But it does not match your site since it’s not an education-based theme
Regarding the option for changing the Theme Color, we will be adding a color picker option for the theme color same as the Header Text Color and Background Color
@LABYRINTHGUY, Did you renew for Education Hub Pro or Academic Pro? These are two different themes. If Education Hub Pro is activated previously then updating Education Hub Pro to the latest version will not lose the customization. If it’s an Academic Pro then activating Academic Pro will lose all the previous customization since it is a whole new theme.
Please double-check for the theme that you have renewed recently, and the theme that is active on your site. We will help you to transfer your license to a theme that is active on your site

For now, we have updated the theme, please login to your Theme Palace account and download the download latest zip from the account page https://themepalace.com/my-account/ and upload it to your site

Could you please extract the theme file and check the folder structure?
is it like

or,

@SOLARSAGE, this issue has been fixed in the latest version of the Signify Pro v4.2.5. Please update the theme to the latest version

You can use the WooCommerce, theme will not block the core function of the WooCommerce plugin, however, there may the design issues which can be solved by a few lines of CSS code
Maybe there has been a conflict with the plugins. Could you please try deactivating all the plugins except for the recommend, and check if there is still an issue?
There is an option for footer widgets inside the widget section in the Customizer, for more info please follow the screen record
