All of our premium themes come with the initial 1 year of Subscription i.e. you can download the updates till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates.
For the renewing process, you have to simply buy the new product(theme) and use the license that you get from the new purchase.
But this subscription has nothing to do with the usages of the theme to your site. You can use it in your site as long as you want it without renewing your subscription. The only thing is you don’t get the latest update of the theme.

First of all, thank you very much for using the theme.
The feature to remove the footer section is only available in the pro version of the theme so if you want the feature then you need to upgrade it to the pro version.

The issue may have raised mainly because your license may have expired. As you know all of our premium themes comes with the initial one year of subscription and will expire after that. So you have to again repurchase the theme from the Theme palace and use the license form that recent purchase.
So please check if your theme license has expired or not, if yes please follow the steps as mentioned above.

Also, you need to make sure to assign those added teams in the same category that you have created from Admin Panel > Teams > Team Category. Only those post that are associated with the same category will be displayed in the Related Post section.

When we inspected your site URL, the issue might have raised due to the plugin ‘Kingcomposer’ which seems to be overwriting the CSS of the theme. Please once deactivate the plugin and verify the issue.
If the issue still persist even after deactivating the plugin, kindly write us back.
