Hello mission-created,
Since you have posted the issue under Education hub(Free), let us remind you that for the free version the update will be automatically available in the Admin Panel > updates once the update is released.
In case you are using pro version and your theme license has expired then you need to repurchase the theme and use that license key to again activate the theme. After the activation, you will get the updates up to 1 year from purchased date.
Hope this clears the confusion.
Thank you.
Best Regards!!
wensolutionsKeymasterHello @samoraelking,
With the polylang plugin you could not have two customizers from where you could set/enter different language string for the “Blog”. So in whatever language you enter the string in that field, it will display the same for all.
For developing multisite you can try using the multilingual plugin like WPML.

Thank you.

wensolutionsKeymasterHello @streetdogsociety,
Please replace the above given CSS with the CSS given below.
.home-section-portfolio .portfolio-item .popup-link{ background: #ffd700 none repeat scroll 0 0; }
Please change the color code as per your requirement.
Hope this helps.

wensolutionsKeymasterHello @calypso,
To make more than 12 member display, you have to activate the child theme.
You can activate the child theme manually or simply activate the child theme using the plugin given below:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-child-theme-generator/
After activating the child theme in your child theme’s functions.php file add below given code.

Hope this helps.

wensolutionsKeymasterHello @groupeilboudo,
Firstly, we would like to apologize for the trouble and yes the theme is already translation ready i.e. all the strings in the theme are made translation ready so that you will be able to translate in any language.
What we want to clarify here is, the theme itself does not have any translating feature in it so that you could translate the site in a different language.
For this, you will have to use the third party plugin like WPML using which you can create the multilingual site
Plugin link:
This plugin helps you create the post/pages in multiple languages.
Hope we made you clear on this.
please let us know if you have any query/issue further.
Thank you.
Best Regards!!
wensolutionsKeymasterHello @provision,
First of all thank you very much for using the pro version of the theme.
The featured content section does not show the full content i.e it only shows the content up to 40 characters.
So if you want less than this please let us know the no so that we can help you fix this.
Thank you.
Best Regards!!
wensolutionsKeymasterHello @chrisgillard,
The option to update is not available may be because your theme license has been expired.
Also for your information, all our premium themes comes with initial 1 year of Subscription. This means that you can download the updates and get private support forum access till 1 year of purchase date. But after one year, you will need to renew your subscription in order to continue downloading updates and get private support forum access.
So please repurchase the theme and use that license to activate the theme.
Hope this clears the confusion.
Thank you.

wensolutionsKeymasterHello @samoraelking,
It is the only way to translate string as the page title can be entered by the user themselves.
Just translating the title does not mean you should set it as the static home page. You just translate the title in your language as mentioned earlier. Further, this translated string will be displayed where ever you decide to use this page.
Also, we have explained this steps assuming you are referring to the page title that is entered while creating the new page. If this is not what you meant then provide the screenshot of the string that you want to translates so that we can help you further.
Hope you understand.
Thank you.
Best Regards!!
wensolutionsKeymasterHello @groupeilboudo,
To achieve what you want requires a higher code customization and as much as we would love to help you on this, we are unable to do so since it is beyond the support we offer for our product.
If you want such setting in your site then you can always consider hiring the professional developer.
To hire a developer please refer to below given link:

Thank you.

wensolutionsKeymasterHello @samoraelking,
The theme has provided the option to enter the blog page title by yourself so you dont need to tranlates using any plugin.
Simply go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Blog Options > Blog title and enter the Blog directly in your language.
Similarly, for the home page go to Admin Panel > Pages > All Pages and to the home page and edit the title name by replacing the “Home” string with your preferred sting in your language.
Hope this clears the confusion.
Thank you.
Best Regards!!
Have a good day 🙂 .

April 17, 2018 at 12:29 am in reply to: How to edit pacing/timing of slider images in business hub 1.1 theme #70216wensolutionsKeymasterHello @tgramm,
The theme option is right there in the customization screen and you can see in the below given screen record:
We are also quite not sure whether you are using the free version or the pro version. Whatever it is make sure you have the latest version of the theme.
Also, as you have mentioned you could not access to customize screen, it may be because of the conflict with the third party plugin.
So if you have installed any third party plugin, make sure to deactivate and verify the issue.
If the issue still persists kindly let us know 🙂 ..
Thank you.
Best Regards!!
