KeymasterHello
To solve the issue for now you need to create and activate the child theme.
Below is the link on how to create the child theme .
You can simply create the child theme using plugin as well.
After creating and activating the child theme create a content.php file in child theme and paste the below code.
Also create index.php file in child theme and copy exact code as the parent theme and replace the code in line no 41 i.e
get_template_part( 'template-parts/content', get_post_format() );with the below code.
get_template_part( 'content');Hope this helps .
The theme will also be updated soon.
Best Regards!!

KeymasterHello @OFFMONEY,
While we have tried accessing your website through the URL you have provided, we could not access it due to some error in the website.
For the further resolution of the issue, please first make sure that you have set and selected “static front page” to show on your “Front Page Displays” option under Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Static Front Page.
After setting the static page as a home page in the setting, please check for the “Front Page Widget Area” in the section mentioned above and see if the widgets are shown in the front page of your website.
If the steps does not resolve your issue, you can choose to send to us your website back end login credentials to our official support e-mail support[at]wensolutions.com so that we could log into your website and inspect and fix the issues for you.

KeymasterHello @jny,
We have analyzed your situation and understand that you need to use the Next Gen gallery plugin to manage your gallery.
With some tweaks and settings in the gallery plugin, you should be able to disable the lightbox popup gallery by the plugin itself allowing only the theme popup to show.
Although the support forum is dedicated to theme related bug and fixes and does not provide third party plugins support, we can suggest some simple settings tweak.
You can try changing the settings regarding the lightbox popup from your Admin Dashboard > Gallery > Other Options > Lightbox Effects and choose “None” under “What effect would you like to use?” option.
This should disable the popup from the plugin allowing the theme popup to be the single gallery popup for the images.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @Robb1e,
Upon inspection of your website it is seen that the Font Awesome CSS icons are not being loaded in the website.
The Font Awesome font files are pre bundled with the theme, please make sure that the files are present in your Theme Directory > Third Party > Font Awesome > Fonts folder.
Also, check that the server you are using is correctly granting access permissions to the Folder/ files.
To further debug, you can also try loading the font awesome icons directly via the CDN with the help of plugins like : https://wordpress.org/plugins/better-font-awesome/
Please let us know how it goes and if you need any further assistance with the issue.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello,
The colors in the sidebar area in the WEN Associate Pro theme can be changed form your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customizing > Color Options > Sidebar Color Options.
The colors in the sidebar also depends on the type of widget you have used in the sidebar.
Please share with us your website URL if you have any further trouble with the colors so that we could inspect the website and provide you with a possible fix.
Hope this Helps,

KeymasterHello @OFFMONEY,
While we have tested on our side, both the “MP: Call to Action” and “MP: Latest News” widgets are working fine and updating as per the changes.
Also, the sections can be modified from the Customizer via Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Widgets > Front Page Widget Area and choosing the widgets to display.
Please check the customizer section and verify that you have added the widgets in the widget area and save and publish your changes.
If the issue is not resolved, please provide us your Website URL so that we could inspect the issue and provide a precise fix.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @edu_horse,
As per the current design of the Education Hub Pro theme, the theme does not contain any widget area in the header that might be an ideal place for a translator widget to be placed.
However, if you want to display the sidebar in the front page that contains the translator you can achieve the request by simply going to Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Home Page Options and check the “Show Home Contents” Checkbox.
This will allow you to display the Static front page contents as well as the sidebar you have setup for inner pages in the front page along with the translator widget below the News and Events Section.
Hope this Helps,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @ivanulia,
We have inspected your website and it is seen that a plugin currently active in your website is causing JavaScript Error in the console, interfering with the theme’s featured slider.
While we have tested locally on our side no such errors are seen in the theme.
Please try deactivating the “WP Lightbox 2” plugin from your Admin Dashboard > Plugins and it should resolve your issue.
Hope this helps,
Best Regards !!

Keymaster@SMARTCEUsHub, please confirm the following things
1. You have copied and paste the correct License Key in your license input field.
2. Make sure you have not used your license key in any other secondary domain before you attempt to put it on your main domain.
Normally, license key stays unique and won’t override form updates.
If you still have this issue, please send your email through this form.
Thank you
