KeymasterHello @ashima02,
As much as we would like to help you,We apologize as the customization you are requesting for is beyond the features of free version of the Education Hub Theme and the scope of this support forum which is bug fixing and issue resolution.
However, you can get all the customization and settings you have requested by upgrading to the pro version of the theme which already comes with all the features you are requesting for. To know about this and all awesome features of the Education Hub pro theme, please see this link : http://themepalace.com/downloads/education-hub-pro/
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @ashima02,
You can use all the custom CSS codes at the same time to change all three colors.
Simply change the color hex code of your desired color in the codes and you can copy and paste all the given codes one after another in your Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Advanced Options > custom CSS field.
Finally Save & Publish your changes to affect all the sections accordingly.
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @ashima02
If you want to delete the created menu then you need to go to Admin Panel / Appearance / Customize / Menus.
Under Menus you will see list of menus that you have created as shown in below image:

Now click on one of the menu that you want to delete and you will see below image:

Note: The menu that you want to delete shouldn’t be assigned to any menu location.
Hope this will help to resolve your issue.

KeymasterHello @mlevine3@esu.edu
We don’t see any of the CSS that we have provided to you to add in Custom CSS as we have inspected your above given site URL.
Please go to Admin Panel / Appearance / Customize / Theme Options / Advanced Options.
Here copy and paste the below CSS.And don’t remove it until the solution is resolved, cause we need to know the cause for the CSS not working.
#masthead { background-position: inherit; }Hope this will help you to resolve the issue.

KeymasterWell, may be you forgot to mention us that you are viewing your site in something high resolution sized screen and that white spaces are appearing on either sides of the header image.
Anyways, assuming this scenario you can paste this following custom CSS code to fit to the entire screen from left – right.
#masthead{ background-size: cover; }Hope this will help you.

KeymasterWell, just make sure that you haven’t activated your license key in more than one domain or host or installation.
If it’s just the first time installation but still having license activation issue, you need to talk to your hosting, just in case whether it has blocked the IP of Theme Palace server.
Normally, your license key should be activated.

KeymasterHello,
The theme is already responsive on its own by default so you do not have to put any extra effort on making the theme responsive.

KeymasterHello @ashima02,
To make your pages full width without a sidebar you will need to go to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Theme Options > Layout Options > Global Layout and select the “No Sidebar” option.Save your changes and the layout will apply to all your pages.
You can also override this setting to make desired page full width or have sidebar in either side. For this, under page edit screen below the default content editor, you can find the “Theme Settings” metabox that lets you “Choose Layout” of specific layout for the page you are currently editing.
Hope this helps you,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @tonidp,
Please post new issue queries always by creating your own thread. Posting new issues in previously created threads breaks the flow of support and makes it difficult to address issues precisely.
Having said that, we would need to inspect your website to further resolve your issue.
Please create a new support thread for your issue with your website URL and we would happily address you there.
Hope you would understand,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @lbaker
As far as we have inspected your site it seems that website is shifting towards left due to some plugin conflict.
We see that you have installed fully background manager plugin.
You need to deactivate this plugin and the issue will be fixed.Hope this will help you.

KeymasterHello @mlevine3@esu.edu
Ok to fix the issue of image width you need to add below CSS.
img { margin: 0 auto; }As far as we have inspected your site we don’t see the given CSS to change the gold color of slider caption.
May be you have remove after not working so please keep the CSS so that we can debug the issue. And for nav bar above the image, the theme’s default design is such that the navigation menu appears above the slider ( As you can see the demo of the theme http://demo.wenthemes.com/education-hub-pro/ ). If you want the nav below the image you need to create child theme and do some customization.
We would provide you some hint if are willing so.Hope you understand.
Best Regards!!!
