I had the free version of this and it was great, but I wanted the Pro version to have more customization. After I installed the Pro version, when I put in a header image, it doesn’t show up anymore – just completely blank on the webpage like it is not even there (and it worked previously). And the featured slider images are very grainy. Even the demo images are that way and they never were on the free version – they were all crystal clear then (both the demo images and my image).
I had the same problem of grainy images in my slider. I was told by support to do the following and it fixed my problem.
Please add the below given CSS to Dashboard -> Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Custom CSS Options

background: none;

That fixed the grainy image issue – they look perfect now! But for some reason, a header image will still not post. Hopefully TP will get back to me on that.
Hello @jjambeck,
Please go to your Admin Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > Header Image > Enable Featured Header Image on and check the option selected in the select menu.
Also, it would also be great if we could get your site URL so that we could further inspect the issue.
