    Hello,

Is there a way that we can post articles without having to use the blog? We would like to be able to post individual articles to the homepage. Right now, there seems to be only 2 ways to do that:
    1) We use the blog page, which posts thumbnail images and a brief portion of the post and the post is linked to its own page.
    2) We continuously edit the homepage, adding separators between each article, which essentially makes it one long article.

If possible, we would like it to be setup to where when we create and publish an article (not a page), that it goes to the homepage and the homepage displays a limited number of articles, in which we could add an archive page for viewers to go to to see older articles.

The blog would work if it were able to display in list format with the “Read More” link, but as it stands, we cannot include a sidebar with it (or it won’t display) and each post’s own page displays the author and other unneccessary information. We simply want it to be a text article that might include a link or some pictures. Is that possible?

    Hello @mstephens,

Actually, by default you will see the list of posts in homepage after activating the theme.

Since you want the post to list in the front page i.e. Homepage just go to Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Homepage Settings and set “Your homepage displays” option to “Your latest posts”. This will list your recent posts in the homepage.

You can limit the no. of the post by going to Admin Panel > Setting > Reading.

But in case if you want to the list the post in separate page like Blog page without sidebar then you can disable the sidebar by going to that page dit screen which you have chosen to display the post pages.

    Hope this helps.

    Best Regards!!

    Have a good day 🙂 .
