I have clicked update several times and it doesn’t update my site. I tried putting in the product key and that put a second version (a newer version ) of the theme into my themes list. However, I cant change to that because all of the work I have put into the site up until now is lost. How can I fix this?
No. I couldn’t make it live because it was only showing demo and I didn’t want the stock stuff showing to the public. you need me to send you my WP login?
As I mentioned in my first post. I have TP Education active. I have added testimonials and published them, but I do not have a “testimonial post” option, only Demo.

I have tried that. it doesn’t work.
Please see three images:
1. showing the slider working with “demo” selected.
2. page with featured image enabled and with a featured image in place.
3. showing main slider settings, but the slider has disappeared.
What do I need to do?
