So far code in your child theme looks correct with some feature overriding through custom function. This should not create any problem in running Child Theme and all future updates won’t affect them until Child Theme is active. So you are good to go until now!.

Checking your site back while writing this response we have seen no such issue in slider w.r.t #1 and as well as your site with vertical scrolling is working smoothly.
Kindly, explain us back if your problem your are having is different than what you have seen and understood after checking your site.
Did you previously activate the License Key in any secondary domain while you were in staging server or any similar domain ? If so, license key won’t work once it was already activated.
If this is the case, please deactivate the existing instance and activate it in your primary domain http://www.mdxa.org.
Unfortunately, the theme doesn’t support the custom link feature for the title at the moment.
Alternatively, you can hire a Customizer to have this feature customize exclusively for your requirement from here

Hello have you tried going to Dashboard -> WooCommerce -> Settings -> Checkout -> And remove the “Tick” from Enable Guest CheckOut option.
