Regarding your query, when we inspected your site URL, we are unable to visit the site as shown in the screenshot below.
Further, the issue might have raised due third party plugin conflicts, so once verify your issue by deactivating the plugins one by one.

The required dimension for the image in the footer section is mentioned in the customizer itself as you can see in the screenshot below:
So please upload the image according to the recommended size.
Also, in the mobile and tablet version, the image will be cropped to adjust to the respective screen.

Also, meanwhile, if you have added any third party plugin please try to deactivate them and verify the issue.
You can even use the health check plugin for the testing as it does not let anything happen in live site.

Regarding your query, the text you have mentioned is managed by the page you select from the Admin Panel > Appearance > Customize > Frontpage > Main Slider > Content-Type and select page/post/category.
The page/post/category you select will show its content in the slider on the homepage so you can edit the text you want to change by going to individual page/post.

Regarding, displaying arrow for two menu items you have mentioned, we have already provided you with CSS and it is working fine as we have inspected your site URL.
Also, regarding making two menu items you have mentioned non clickable, please remove the URL of the menu items (which you are willing to make non clickable) which has been added in URL section for the menu items as shown in screenshot below:

Have you crossed the minimum group size? The booking button will only be activated after you crossed the min pax.

Regarding your query related to the customization, you should not make any modification directly in your parent theme as all of the customizations will be lost upon update to the latest version of the theme and the same situation is here when you reinstall the theme.
So please go through the child theme for the changes and shift all your customizations in the child theme before you uninstall the theme. You can refer to the below-given documentation link to get detailed assistance on how to create a child theme.

Regarding your query, everything is working fine on our side with the latest version of the theme and plugin so once please verify the issue by deactivating the third party plugins one by one and see if the third party plugin has raised the issue.
