I am a bit confused with your query. But will answer from my side as much as I have understood.
There is no such links available for the full list of blog post.
But if you would like to add a blog link to the main menu you can do that.For that you need to create a page name it Blog and Publish that. After that you need to go to Admin Panel / Menus. Add this Blog page to the menu you are currently using.
And then you need to go to Admin Panel / Settings / Reading. Here you will see Front page displays option.
click on A static page (select below) option and select Posts page as Blog page you have created earlier and save the changes.
By this way you will see Blog link on the main menu and you will be able to navigate to Blog listing page.And further more you can increase the number of blog posts to show going to Admin Panel / Setting / Reading and you will see Blog pages show at most. From here you can set any number of posts to show on blog listing page.

Since it seems that you have selected Latest Posts to show on front page so the menus are working fine and I have inspected your site. I need to see the scenario of not working of menu so you need to choose static page and save the changes until the issue is solved. So that I can inspect your site and see what the issue is.
And furthermore I have checked this issue by creating the same scenario as yours but the menus are all working fine on static page.

If the blog posts layout is set to as masonry then, the masonry layout automatically fits the images to the window as per the size of the image you upload. There is no such fixed size of the image.
However if you want all the images of same size then you need to upload images of the same size for all the posts as you wish.
so, if you upload image with lower resolution then also it automatically fits into the windows as small image and if you upload image with higher resolution then also it automatically fits into the window as large image.
So if you wish the images of blog posts of same size then same size image should be upload.

Currently the feature you are looking for is not available in free version of the theme.
However this feature is easily available on the pro version of the theme , including other more awesome features.

Actually the Click to Start button links to the Page or the category that you will use in the slider. Currently you do not have an option to put in custom URL or edit the URL.
However you can enable/disable the button or change the text saying Click to Start as replied previously.
Since in the free version only page slider is available, the button will have the link to the page featured on the slider.

Hello @femke98, you can install the theme in different Websites after you purchase it but the License Key is unique per theme that is valid for only one website.
This means, you have to re-purchase your theme for other different website to acquire respective unique key for theme.

Assuming that you are trying to change the button text in slider section. If so then to change the button text you need to go to Admin Panel / Customize / Home/Front Featured Slider / Slider Options. In this section you will see Slider Button Text. Here you can edit the text as you like.
For about areas of the page as well you can similarly go to Admin Panel / Customize / Home/Front About Section / About Options.
In this section you will see Main Title and Short Description. From here you can edit the title and short description text in about section.If this was not the solution of your issue then please explain you issue in more detail so that I could provide you with optimal solution.

By default, WordPress doesn’t allow to automatic update anything. You have to write code or use plugin to enable automatic updates. You can try The WP Updates Settings plugin for managing all your automating updates.Here’s the link of the plugin:
