KeymasterHello,
Please go to Dashboard -> Settings -> General and let know your WordPress Address (URL) and Site Address (URL) option’s values.
A little heads up, if the above mentioned options have this value : http://farcom.ipage.com/
Change it to http://farcom.com/
Hope it helps.

KeymasterSure. You can edit (or replace) the above second part of the code to add the background color and inner padding css property like the one given below.
.home #sidebar-primary { width: 28%; background: #fff; padding-top: 25px; }wensolutions

KeymasterHello @raghunas,
Please create your own new ticket regarding your issue.
Posting issues in previous tickets breaks the flow of support and makes its difficult to address issues specifically.
Post your issue in a new ticket thread and we would happily assist you there.
Thank you for your understanding on this matter.
Best Regards !!

KeymasterHello @christymlopez,
The “three dots” actually renders from the function defined within the theme.
The function takes the excerpt from your content dynamically from your chosen page / posts and adds the dots. As the “dots” comes from the function and does not have any HTML Wrapper it cannot be controlled using Simple CSS.
Also, changing HTML in the theme files is also not wise as you will lose all your changes with theme update. Thus, modifying the function via child theme implementation is the best and most efficient option for your desired output as we have suggested.
Hope this clears the confusion,
Best Regards !!

KeymasterWe understand that its still going harder to go straight to the problem. Can you please show it through screenshot ? Try to explain in much detail so that we could particularly write you the solution back ? Let us inform you that theme does not have any know bugs and errors and running fine under normal installations and setup. So there could be some exceptional things that are causing this issue and we are more concerned to assist you on this matter.
The admin customizer that you have provided in #23184 is not accessible (only accessible for logged in user / admin) so we can’t verify that from browser.

Keymaster@louiseoy, as much as we are sure about it the theme itself has no bug or issue as tested on the latest version.
If you have any third-party plugins installed then there could be some plugin conflicts causing this issue. So kindly verify it by disabling those plugins and re-activating them one-by-one to see if problem lies within them.
If still this issue persists, kindly write us back. We will try to help you.

KeymasterCan you confirm the following options are pre-setup
1. Appearance -> Customize -> Static Front Page and select a Front Page and Posts page. Then [Save]
2. Appearance -> Customize -> Theme Options -> Header, Footer, General, Home Page Blocks etc section will now work after #1 option is set. Also Pro theme itself has no any functional errors and bugs as far as new version has also released some days back. If changes being saved are not saved and / or not reflected in the preview screen or frontpage then it could probably because of some plugin conflict.
Make sure you verify it by deactivating and activating each plugins one by one.
If still the problem exists, kindly write us back.
